摘  要:对于挥发性有机液体罐区,为减少储罐油气挥发,选择合适的油气回收装置具有显著的必要性。本文对挥发性有机物的定义和种类做了介绍,对储罐VOCs的排放和危害、我国关于储罐VOCs治理方面的相关法律法规、国内外储罐呼吸量的计算方法和特点进行了详细的论述,提出了一种计算储罐呼吸量的简化公式,并将此方法应用到工程实例,估算挥发性有机液体罐区油气回收装置的设计处理能力。For the volatile organic liquid tank farm,it is necessary to select a suitable oil and gas recovery unit in order to reduce the oil and gas volatilization.This article introduces the definition and types of volatile organic compound,discusses in detail the emission and harms of VOCs from tanks,the relevant laws and regulations of VOCs treatment in China,and the calculation methods and characteristics of breathing capacity of storage tanks at home and abroad,puts forward a simplified formula for calculating breathing capacity of tanks,and applies the method to an engineering example to estimate the design capacity of the oil and gas recovery unit in the volatile organic liquid tank farm.
