摘 要:搭建多场同步测试试验台,在不同工况下对无轴泵喷推进器的外特性和振动特性进行同步测试。试验结果表明:随着转速的降低,泵喷模型扬程和功率大幅减小,效率总体呈略微下降的趋势;随着流量的增加,扬程先上升后下降,在0.5 Q_(d)时扬程达到最大,而功率逐渐减小,效率先增大后减小,并在1.0 Q_(d)左右达到最高效率。泵喷模型能量性能基本满足泵的比例定律。泵喷模型进、出口振动速度的主频为轴频,出口振动速度大于进口振动速度,径向振动速度大于轴向振动速度。随着流量的增加,出口振动速度在主频处的幅值逐渐下降,进口振动速度在主频处的幅值先上升后下降,进、出口振动速度在主频处的幅值均在设计工况时最低。研究结果可为无轴泵喷推进器的减振降噪提供参考。A multi-field synchronous test rig was built to research external characteristics and vibration characteristics of a hub-less pump-jet thruster.Operation characteristics under seven working conditions and different speeds were tested,which show that,with the decrease of the rotation speed,the head and power of the model pump are decreased greatly,and the overall efficiency is decreased slightly.With the increase of the flow rate,the head of the model pump is increased firstly and reaches the maximum at 0.5Q_(d),and then decreased;the power is gradually decreased,and the efficiency is firstly increased and then decreased.At1.0Q_(d),the head reaches the highest efficiency point.The energy performance of the model pump-jet basically meets the similarity law of pumps.Main frequency of the vibration velocity at the inlet and outlet of the model pump is the shaft frequency,while the vibration velocity at the outlet is greater than that at the inlet,and the radial vibration velocity is greater than the axial one.With the increase of the flow rate,the amplitude of the main frequency of the vibration velocity at the outlet is decreased gradually,and its amplitude at the inlet is increased first and then decreased.The amplitude of the main frequency of the vibration velocity at the inlet and outlet is the lowest at the design condition.The research results will provide a reference for vibration and noise reduction of hub-less pump-jet thrusters.
