摘  要:为降低泵喷推进器(简称泵喷)的谐频作用,改善其噪声性能。针对某前置泵喷,采用RNG k-ε双方程湍流模型探究了叶片数对泵喷敞水性能和脉动性能的影响。结果发现,泵喷推力和扭矩与叶片数呈正相关,效率基本保持不变;单转子的推力脉动受定子干扰,转子总推力的脉动频率主要分布在桨叶的倍叶频处。此外,结合密度修正的RNG k-ε模型,采用ZGB空化模型研究了空化数σ对泵喷空化性能的影响。结果表明,随着σ的提高,桨叶从全空化转变到叶片局部和叶梢空化,再转变到仅有叶梢小部分空化;对比σ=3时不同转子叶片数N的空化性能,发现叶片表面空化面积随转子叶片数的增加而增大,但空化体积却减小。In order to reduce pressure fluctuation at harmonic frequency of a pump-jet propulsor(PJP)and diminish noise,effects of number of stator(N)and number of rotor(N)on the PJP’s performance is studied by using RNG k-εnumerical model.Results indicate that there is a positive correlation of both thrust and torque present with N,but the efficiency is basically unchanged.Rotor thrust is disturbed by the stator,and thrust pulsation is mainly distributed at the blade frequency and its multiple frequency.The density corrected method(DCM)is carried out to simulate the cavitation.It is found that with the increase of the cavitation numberσ,the rotor changes from full cavitation to local and tip cavitation,and then to only slight tip cavitation.Whenσ=3,the cavity area on the rotor surface may increase,but the cavitation volume will decrease.
