呼吸机用于ICU急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析呼吸机用于ICU急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者治疗的临床效果.方法:选择2020年1月-2021年1月在我院ICU治疗且并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征的100例患者.所有患者在常规治疗基础上应用呼吸机治疗.观察本组患者治疗效果和治疗前后各项临床指标.结果:本组患者在治疗后呼吸频率、心率、氧合指数、二氧化碳分压、血氧分压水平均明显优于治疗前,治疗前后组内对比有明显差异,P<0.05.结论:ICU急性呼吸窘迫综合征采用呼吸机治疗可提高临床治疗效果,帮助患者及早控制病情,保障治疗的安全性.Obiective:to analyze the clinical effect of ventilator in the treatment of ICU patients with acute respiratory disresss syndrome.Methods:from January 2020 to January 2021,100 patients with ARDS in ICU of our hospital were selected.All patients were treated with ventilator on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic ffect and clinical indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results:the respiratory rat,heart rate,oxygenaion index.partial pressure of carbon dioxide and partial pressure of blood oxygen of the patients after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:ventilator treatment in ICU can improve the clinical ffect,help patients control the disease as soon as possible and ensure the safety of treatmnent.
