优质护理联合延续性护理在输尿管结石术后留置双J管患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:本文结合输尿管结石术后留置双J管患者的具体感受,分析优质护理结合持续护理对于术后病人所能够带来的康复效果.方法:将某医院2019年7月至2020年8月收治的168例输尿管结石患者随机分为研究组(n=84)和对照组(n=84).工作人员针对对照组采取优质护理模式,而研究组则会在优质护理模式开展的基础上添加持续护理项目,并对两组的术后护理满意度以及康复程度作出了变化量记录.结果:护理结束后,相较于对照组,研究组在5个维度的护理满意度调查当中都获得了更高的评价(P<0.05).在正式护理工作开展之前,两组简明健康测量量表(SF-36)当中8个维度都不显示较为明显的差异(P>0.05),而在护理工作完毕之后,两组患者的8个维度得分都得到了一定程度的提高(P<0.05).结论:优质护理与持续护理相结合,具备较强的可行性,并且能够让患者的护理满意度和生活质量得到提高,在临床推广当中具备较高的应用价值.Obiective:Based on the specific felings of patients with ureteral calculi who were indwelling double J tubes after operation,this paper analyzes the rehabilition effect of high-quality nursing combined with continuous nursing on postoperative patients.Methods:168 patients with ureteral calculi in a hospial from July 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into the study group(n=84)and the control group(n=84).The staf adopted high-quality nusing mode for the control group.while the research group added continuous nursing items on the basis of the high-qualty nursing mode,and recorded the changes of postoperative nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation degree of the two groups.Results:After the end of nursing,compared with the control group,the study group got higher evaluation in five dimensions of nursing satisfaction survey(P<0.05).Before the formal nusing work,the eight dimensions of SF-36 between the two groups did not show obvious differences(P>0.05),but after the nusing work,the scores of the eight dimensions of patients in the two groups were improved to some extent(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of high-quality nursing and continuous nuring is fesible,and can improve the patients’nursing saisfiction and quality of life,which has a high degree in clinical promotion.
