摘 要:采用有限单元法建立了岔-梁-墩一体化模型,分析了多种方案伸缩力和制动力作用下钢轨强度、断缝值、道岔联结部件强度、尖轨与心轨位移、轨道稳定性、道岔转辙器与桥梁的相对位移及辙叉与桥梁的相对位移。根据站场布置要求和道岔结构各部件受力特性,完成了南溪河四线桥上无缝道岔群与钢轨伸缩调节器合理铺设方案。On the basis of finite element principle,an integrated mechanical model of welded turnout,beam and pier is advanced.Under the different schemes action of expansion-constriction force,and braking force,then rail strength,rail break value,strength of welded turnout connecting parts,displacement of switch rail and frog rail,stability of continuously welded rail,relative displacement of welded turnout switch and beam,relative displacement of frog and beam are analyzed.According to the requirements of station layout and mechanical characteristics of welded turnout structure,welded turnout group and rail expansion joint are layed appropriately on Nanxihe four-track railway bridge.
