摘　　要：简述房屋健康监测的重要性,介绍房屋结构安全监测的指标,如倾斜、沉降和开裂,详细介绍基于云平台或物联网传感技术的房屋结构智能监测系统、基于BIM的房屋安全监测系统、基于无线传感器网络的房屋健康监测系统等现有房屋健康监测系统。This paper describes the importance of house health monitoring,introduces the indicators of house structure safety monitoring,such as tilt,settlement and cracking,and introduces the existing house health monitoring system in detail,such as the intelligent monitoring system of house structure based on cloud platform or Internet of Things sensor technology,building safety monitoring system based on BIM,and house health monitoring system based on wireless sensor network.
