摘  要:目的:通过精细化运营管理助力日间手术高质量发展,进一步提升医疗服务能力。方法:通过战略规划、健全组织架构体系,信息化建设与运营数据监测,绩效管理,目标流程管理,优化资源配置等多维度运营管理措施推进日间手术发展,将价值医疗与运营管理相结合,构建以“提效增益、质量并重、患者导向”为目标的日间手术发展运营模式。结果:医院日间手术从医疗服务能力和服务效率、疾病诊治能力、重点监测手术类型和患者负担5个方面,都有不同程度的改善。结论:精细化运营管理促进日间手术高质量发展,有助于医院提升运行效益。Objective:To help the high-quality development of day surgery through refined operation management,and further improve the medical service capability.Methods:Promote the development of day surgery through multi-dimensional operation and management measures such as strategic planning,improvement of organizational structure system,informatization construction and operation data monitoring,performance management,target process management,and optimization of resource allocation,combining value medical treatment with operation management,Build a day surgery development and operation model with the goal of"improving efficiency,paying equal attention to quality,and being patient-oriented".Results:Hospital day surgery was improved to varying degrees in five aspects:medical service capacity and service efficiency,disease diagnosis and treatment capacity,key monitoring operation types,and patient burden.Conclusion:The refined operation management promotes the high-quality development of ambulatory surgery and helps the hospital to improve the operation efficiency.
