摘　　要：公立医院高质量发展是推进健康中国建设、不断满足人民群众医疗服务需求的必然要求,而高质量的科研管理和科研成果是公立医院高质量发展的重要组成部分。文章分析了科研管理高质量的内涵,认为高质量理念下科研工作应坚持主动服务管理、创新管理和精细化管理的思维转向,阐述了新时期科研管理需重点做好学科和科研平台建设、人才培育、科研成果转化、科研诚信建设等工作,以期对公立医院创造更多高质量科研成果、实现高质量发展有借鉴意义。The high-quality development of public hospitals is an inevitable requirement to promote the construction of Health China and continuously meet the needs of the people for medical services,and high-quality scientific research management and scientific research achievements are an important part of the high-quality development of public hospitals.The article analyzes the connotation of high-quality scientific research management,and believes that under the concept of high-quality scientific research work should adhere to the thinking shift of active service management,innovative management and refined management,and expounds that scientific research management in the new era needs to focus on the construction of disciplines and scientific research platforms,and talents.Cultivation,transformation of scientific research achievements,and construction of scientific research integrity are expected to have reference significance for public hospitals to create more high-quality scientific research achievements and achieve high-quality development.
