摘　　要：目的:定量分析某大型综合性医院国家自然科学基金医学部项目获批的影响因素,为进一步提高项目申报质量提供数据参考。方法:在某大型综合性医院选取492名于2021年有申报医学部项目经历的申请人进行便利抽样问卷调查。以项目获批与否为因变量,以申请人基本情况和申报情况为自变量,通过单因素分析和多因素logistic逐步回归分析识别影响项目获批的因素。结果:Logistic回归结果显示,代表性论著第一作者/通讯作者SCI平均影响因子区间、代表性论著第一作者/通讯作者SCI数量、特色及创新点数量、主持国家级研究项目数量是面上项目获批的显著影响因素;代表性论著第一作者/通讯作者SCI平均影响因子区间、代表性论著第一作者/通讯作者SCI数量、八年制经历、年龄是青年科学基金项目获批的显著影响因素。结论:定量分析结果表明,要注重积累良好的研究基础和重视项目申请书的撰写质量,正确认识其他项目获批影响因素,提前引导布局,开展指导培训,鼓励大胆申报,才能不断提升国家自然科学基金申报水平。Objective:To quantitatively analyze the influencing factors on project approval of the Medical Science Department of National Natural Science Foundation of China in a large general hospital,so as to provide reference for further improving the quality of project application.Methods:In 2021,492 applicants in a large general hospital who have applied for the project of the Medical Science Department were selected for convenience sampling questionnaire survey.Taking the approval of the project as the dependent variable,and the basic information and the application information as the independent variable,the factors affecting the approval of the project were identified through single factor analyses and a multi-factor logistic stepwise regression analysis.Results:Logistic regression results showed that the average Impact Factor(IF)interval of SCI papers in representative works of the first author/corresponding author,the number of SCI papers in representative works of the first author/corresponding author,the number of characteristics and innovation points,and the number of national research projects as principal investigator were the significant influencing factors for the approval of the General Program;the average IF interval of SCI papers in representative works of the first author/corresponding author,the number of SCI papers in representative works of the first author/corresponding author,eight-year experience,and age were the significant factors affecting the approval of the Young Scholars Program.Conclusion:The results of the quantitative analysis show that we should pay attention to accumulating a good research foundation and to the writing quality on NSFC application,and correctly understand the other factors affecting the approval of the programs.We should guide the layout in advance,carry out relevant guidance and training,and encourage active application,so as to improve the application level of NSFC.
