上海市8所公立医院党员教育现状与精准化策略研究

摘　　要：公立医院是党和政府联系群众、服务人民的重要窗口,医院党员教育应顺应新时代、新形势的要求,更新思路,提升学习与服务能力,锻造素质过硬的党员队伍。本研究通过对上海市8所公立医院开展调查研究,对医院党员教育中存在的问题和原因进行了梳理和分析,并从优化教育内容、拓宽多元化教育形式、加大改革创新和突出精准化制度建设4个方面提出解决对策。Public hospitals are very important platforms for the Party and the government to connect with the people and serve them.The education of Party members in hospitals should be updated to meet the requirements of the new era and the new situation,to enhance learning and service capabilities and to forge a quality Party team.This study was conducted through a study of eight public hospitals in Shanghai.We analyzed the problems and reasons for the education of Party members in hospitals and proposed countermeasures to solve them in four aspects:optimizing education content,broadening diversified education forms,increasing reform and innovation,and highlighting precise system construction.
