摘　　要：医用耗材管理是医院运营管理的重要组成部分。传统耗材管理模式存在信息化程度低、管理过程缺乏规范、成本居高不下等问题,已不能满足医院精细化管理的要求。某公立医院将SPD模式运用于耗材管理,取得了一定成效。本文介绍了该院基于SPD模式开展耗材管理的实践与经验,为进一步提升耗材管理水平提供参考。Medical consumables management is an important part of hospital operation management.The traditional consumables management mode has some problems,such as low degree of informatization,lack of standardization in management process and high cost,which can not meet the requirements of fine management in hospitals.A public hospital applied the Supply Processing Distribution(SPD)system to the management of consumables and achieved certain results.This paper introduces the practice and experience of consumables management based on the SPD model in the hospital,and provides a reference for further improving the management of consumables.
