摘　　要：获得性血友病A(AHA)是较少见的血液系统疾病,主要表现为黏膜、肌肉、内脏的出血,并且出血通常具有自发性、突然性、弥漫性和危急性,诊治不及时可造成严重出血,导致患者死亡。本文通过报道1例抗SSA/Ro52阳性AHA患者的临床诊断及治疗过程,旨在加深对于AHA的认识。Acquired hemophilia A(AHA)is a relatively rare blood system disease,which is mainly manifested in the bleeding of mucosa,muscle and viscera,and the bleeding is usually spontaneous,sudden,diffuse and critical.Untimely diagnosis and treatment can cause serious bleeding and lead to the death of patients.This paper reports the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of a case of anti-SSA/Ro52 antibody positive AHA,in order to deepen the understanding of AHA.
