冠心病患者出院准备度现状调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 调查冠心病患者出院准备度现状并分析相关影响因素。方法 选取2021年2月至4月本院收治的287例冠心病患者作为研究对象,采用出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表进行相关调查,分析影响出院准备度现状的相关因素。结果 冠心病患者出院准备度总分的实际得分为(98.95±14.71)分,标准化得分为(8.22±1.09)分。冠心病患者出院指导质量总分的实际得分为(212.37±7.24)分,标准化得分为(8.83±1.31)分。不同文化程度、工作状态、居住方式、家庭月收入、住院时间及合并症的冠心病患者出院准备度得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、工作状态、居住方式、家庭月收入、住院时间及合并症是影响冠心病患者出院准备度的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 掌握出院准备度现状及其影响因素,医护人员可根据相关因素进行服务调整,使患者出院后能更好地适应生活。Objective To investigate the status quo of readiness for hospital discharge in patients with coronary heart disease and analyze the related influencing factors.Methods Two hundred and eighty-seven patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from February to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,the readiness for hospital discharge scale and quality of discharge teaching scale were used for relevant investigations,and the related factors affecting the status quo of readiness for hospital discharge were analyzed.Results The actual score of total score of readiness for hospital discharge in patients with coronary heart disease was(98.95±14.71),and the standard score was(8.22±1.09).The actual score of total score of quality in discharge teaching of patients with coronary heart disease was(212.37±7.24),and the standard score was(8.83±1.31).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of readiness for hospital discharge among coronary heart disease patients with different education levels,working condition,living styles,monthly family income,hospital stay and complications(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that education level,working condition,living style,monthly family income,hospital stay and complications were the main factors affecting the readiness for hospital discharge of patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusion Mastering the status quo of readiness for hospital discharge and its influencing factors,medical staff can adjust service according to relevant factors,so that patients can better adapt to life after discharge.
