摘　　要：目的 探讨药师在新型隐球菌肺炎患者诊疗过程及用药分析中的药学监护作用。方法 通过对新型隐球菌肺炎患者的抗真菌药物选择、剂型及给药剂量、药物不良反应、药物相互作用、患者用药指导及教育等进行监护,为药师对新型隐球菌肺炎患者进行药学监护提供切入点。结果 研究发现,药师可从抗真菌药物选择、药物不良反应及相互作用的判断及处理等多个方面参与药学监护,从而为医师工作提供证据支持,为患者提供健康教育。结论 药师通过与医师积极沟通,可为患者提供个体化的用药指导,保证治疗药物使用的安全性、有效性、经济性、合理性。Objective To explore the pharmaceutical monitoring role of pharmacists in diagnosis and treatment process and medication analysis of patients with novel pulmonary cryptococcosis.Methods The patient with novel pulmonary cryptococcosis was monitored for antifungal drug selection,dosage form and dosage,adverse drug reactions,drug interactions,patient medication guidance and education,so as to provide an entry point for pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical monitoring for patients with novel pulmonary cryptococcosis.Results The study found that pharmacists can participate in pharmaceutical monitoring from the antifungal drug selection,judgment and treatment of adverse drug reactions and interactions,thus providing evidence support for doctors'work and health education for patients.Conclusion Through active communication with doctors,pharmacists can provide individualized medication guidance for patients and ensure the safety,effectiveness,economy and rationality of therapeutic drugs use.
