专业护士换药干预在术后伤口管理中的应用效果及对伤口愈合、患者满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析专业护士换药干预在术后伤口管理中的应用效果及对伤口愈合、患者满意度的影响。方法 选取2019年1月1日至2020年12月31日于我院进行术后换药的88例患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间将其分为对照组(n=44,常规换药)和观察组(n=44,专业护士换药干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果 术后3、7 d,观察组的伤口愈合效果评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,两组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平均低于术后1 d,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2、3、5、7 d,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 专业护士换药应用于术后伤口管理中能够有效缓解换药疼痛,促进伤口愈合,有效预防感染,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of dressing change intervention of professional nurses on postoperative wound management and its influnences on wound healing and patients'satisfaction.Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing postoperative dressing change in our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=44,routine dressing change)and observation group(n=44,dressing change intervention of professional nurses)according to the admission time.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 and 7 d after operation,the score of wound healing effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after operation,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in both groups were lower than 1 d after operation,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 2,3,5 and 7 d after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dressing change intervention of professional nurses applied in postoperative wound management can effectively alleviate dressing change pain,promote wound healing,effectively prevent infection,and improve patients'satisfaction.
