摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈(QCC)在降低长程视频脑电监测患者信息采集缺陷率中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2020年3月至2020年4月收治的140例癫痫患者为对照组(QCC活动实施前),选取我院2020年11月至2020年12月收治的140例癫痫患者为研究组(QCC活动实施后),患者均行长程视频脑电监测。成立QCC小组并确定活动主题后,通过QCC步骤开展活动,对引起长程视频脑电监测患者信息采集缺陷率较高的现象进行现状调查和原因分析,并确定改善重点,设定目标值,拟定对策并实施。分析QCC活动的实施效果。结果 实施后,信息采集缺陷率为7.1%,低于实施前的32.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。目标达成率为117.8%,进步率为78.4%。研究组的住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。QCC活动实施后,圈员解决问题的能力、责任感、沟通配合、自信心、凝集力、积极性、品管手法、和谐程度、专业素养、职业能力均有一定程度的提高。结论 实施QCC活动能够显著降低长程视频脑电监测患者信息采集缺陷率,提高医技护三方参与临床质量管理的积极性、能动性及患属知识知晓率,从而促进我院神经外科工作的持续改进。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)in reducing the defect rate of information collection of patients with long range video EEG monitoring.Methods A total of 140 epilepsy patients admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to April 2020 were selected as control group(before the implementation of QCC activity),and 140 epilepsy patients admitted in our hospital from November 2020 to December 2020 were selected as study group(after the implementation of QCC activity),all patients underwent long range video EEG monitoring.After the QCC group was established and the activity theme was determined,the activities were carried out through the QCC steps to investigate the current situation and analyze the causes of the high defect rate of information collection of patients with long range video EEG monitoring,determine the improvement focus,set the target value,formulate countermeasures and implement them.The implementation effect of QCC activity was analyzed.Results After implementation,the defect rate of information collection was 7.1%,which was lower than 32.9%before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The goal achievement rate was 117.8%,and the progress rate was 78.4%.The hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization expenses was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After implementation of QCC activity,the problem-solving ability,sense of responsibility,communication and cooperation,self-confidence,cohesion,enthusiasm,quality control methods,degree of harmony,professional quality and professional ability of circle members have been improved to a certain extent.Conclusion The implementation of QCC activity can significantly reduce the defect rate of information collection of patients with long range video EEG monitoring,and improve the enthusiasm,initiative of the three parties of doctors,thechnicians and nurses to participate in clinica
