摘　　要：绍兴第二医院以建设老年友善医疗机构和敬老文明号为抓手,通过健全机制,完善敬老服务硬件设施,落实老人优先服务举措,优化老年智能技术运用服务和特色诊疗、护理、健康教育服务等措施,全面落实老年人医疗服务优待政策,优化老年人就医流程,助推老年友善医院建设。Shaoxing Second Hospital takes the construction of an elderly-friendly medical institution and a civilized account for the elderly as the starting point.Through a sound mechanism,it improves the hardware facilities for elderly-respecting services,implements the priority service measures for the elderly,and optimizes the application of intelligent technology for the elderly and special diagnosis and treatment,nursing,health education services,etc.Measures to fully implement the preferential treatment policy for medical services for the elderly,optimize the medical treatment process for the elderly,and promote the construction of elderly-friendly hospitals.
