摘　　要：加强医院临床技能中心设备使用监管是提高设备使用效率和教学培训质量的有效手段。苏州大学附属第一医院针对技能中心设备管理现状及存在问题,构建了一套适用于技能中心的设备全生命周期管理模式。通过制定和完善技能中心的设备管理制度和管理体系,形成覆盖设备全生命周期的管理流程,保障设备的可靠运行,保障仪器器械与教学培训安排的统筹兼顾。医院利用对设备运行数据的采集分析制定考核指标评价体系并不断优化改进,协同多方进行科学配置论证,从而实现降低临床技能中心的运行成本,提高设备的使用效率,提升临床技能中心现代化管理水平。Strengthening the supervision of equipment use in the hospital's clinical skills center is an effective means to improve the efficiency of equipment use and the quality of teaching and training.The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University has established a set of equipment life cycle management model suitable for the skill center in view of the current situation and existing problems of equipment management in the skill center.By formulating and improving the equipment management system and management system of the skill center,a management process covering the entire life cycle of the equipment is formed to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment,and to ensure the overall consideration of the equipment and teaching and training arrangements.The hospital uses the collection and analysis of equipment operation data to formulate the evaluation index evaluation system and continuously optimize and improve it,and cooperate with multiple parties to carry out scientific configuration demonstration,so as to reduce the operation cost of the clinical skills center,improve the efficiency of equipment use,and improve the modern management level of the clinical skills center.
