川百止痒洗剂联合盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察在慢性湿疹治疗中使用川百止痒洗剂联合盐酸氯环利嗪片所取得的治疗效果。方法:选取云浮市慢性病防治中心2019年1月至2020年12月期间收治的78例慢性湿疹患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组患者给予盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗,观察组患者给予川百止痒洗剂联合盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者的瘙痒程度评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的临床症状评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性湿疹治疗中使用川百止痒洗剂联合盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗法,有助于减轻患者的瘙痒症状,降低不良反应发生率,改善患者炎症指标和临床症状。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chuanbai antipruritic lotion combined with chlorcyclizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic eczema admitted to Yunfu Chronic Disease Prevention Center from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given chloricyclorizine hydrochloride tablets for treatment,and the observation group was given Chuanbai antipruritic lotion combined with chloricyclorizine hydrochloride tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the pruritus degree score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the level of interleukin-4(IL-4)was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,higher than 79.49% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic eczema,the use of Chuanbai antipruritic lotion combined with chloricyclorizine hydrochloride tablets is helpful to relieve the itching symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the inflammatory indicators and clinical symptoms of patients.
