药棒循经推按疗法对中青年股骨颈骨折术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察药棒循经推按疗法治疗中青年股骨颈骨折术后愈合情况等临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2021年4月南宁市中医医院创伤骨科收治的中青年股骨颈骨折患者60例,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各组30例;对照组采用闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定术及术后常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用药棒循经推按疗法。观察两组患者的骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合率、髋关节功能及骨不愈合、股骨头坏死等并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者骨折愈合时间短于对照组,骨折愈合率大于对照组(P<0.05);主要并发症骨不愈合及股骨头坏死的发生比率小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者髋关节Harris评分,除畸形以外,其他均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药棒循经推按疗法可促进中青年股骨颈骨折愈合,减少骨不愈合、股骨头坏死的发生,利于髋关节功能康复,值得临床使用。Objective To objective the clinical effect of the treament of neck fracture in by medicine stick pushing and pressing along merdians young and middle-aged patients.Methods From June 2018 to April 2021,60 young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fracture were selected from the Department Orthopaedics,Nanning hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The contol group was treated with closed reduction and internal fixation with hollow compression screw and routine treatmeat after operation.The observed group was treated with stick plus massage along Meridians.The fracture healing time,frcture healing rate,Harris score hip joint function,bone nonuion and femoral head necrosis were observed.Results The fracture healing time of the observation group was short than that of the contuol group,and the fracture healing rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of bone nonuninon and femoral head necrosis was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The Harris score of hip joint in the observation group was higher than that in the control group except for deformity,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medicine stick pushing and pressing along merdians can promote the femoral neck fracture healing,reduce the occurrence of bone nonunion and femoral head necrosis and is beneficial to the function recovery of hip joint.
