摘 要:登沙河是大连市重要入海河流,面对严峻的达标压力,笔者设计了一套集环境感知、智慧管理和运行维护于一体的流域环境监测预警系统。通过多元化监测模式选型实现各干、支流关键节点实时监控,以海量水环境数据为基础进行智慧管理功能开发,同时辅以合理的运维模式,为流域水环境管理提供智慧化解决方案。实际应用表明,该系统实现水生态环境实时监测预警,揭示流域污染成因,指导流域环境精准管理,推动了登沙河流域水质持续改善和国控断面稳定达标。Dengsha River of Dalian is an important river which enters the Yellow Sea.In face of severe pressure to meeting water standard,this research designed an environmental monitoring and early warning system that integrated three functional parts as environmental perception,smart management,and operation and maintenance.Real-time monitoring of key nodes of each trunk and tributary was attained through the selection of diversified monitoring modes,and intelligent management functions were developed based on massive water environment data.The output of the application shows that the system can play the roles of implementing real-time monitoring and early warning of water ecological environment,revealing the causes of pollution in the river basin,guiding the accurate management of the basin environment,and thus to promote the continuous improvement of water quality in the Dengsha River basin and the steady compliance of the state-controlled section.
