摘　　要：中国共产党历史上成功地开展了对金融工作的领导,在新时代又面临着层出不穷的新型风险挑战,防范化解金融风险必须加强中国共产党领导。新时代要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于防范化解金融风险的重要论述,其丰富内涵主要包括:维护国家金融安全,坚守防范系统性风险底线;创新金融制度安排,维护金融核心竞争力;切实推动金融发展,扎实推进共同富裕。新时代加强中国共产党对金融工作的坚强领导,主要路径有:不断提升中国共产党对金融工作的领导能力;加强对金融立法的领导,健全金融工作体制机制;锻造社会主义金融工作干部队伍,为金融事业发展提供组织保障,以期实现金融领域治理体系和治理能力现代化。The CPC successfully carried out the leadership of financial work in the history,and is facing all kinds of new risks and challenges in the new era.To prevent and dissolve financial risks,we must strengthen the CPC’s leadership.In the new era,we must deeply study and carry through General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourses on preventing and dissolving financial risks.The enriched connotations of these discourses mainly include:safeguard the financial security of the country,and stick to the bottom line of systematic risk;innovate in financial institutional arrangement,and maintain the core competitiveness of finance;concretely promote the development of finance,and steadily advance toward common prosperity.The main paths for strengthening the CPC’s leadership over the financial work in the new era include:continuously improve the CPC’s leading capacity over the financial work;enhance the leadership over financial legislation,and perfect the financial system and mechanism;build a cadre team for socialist financial work,and provide an organizational guarantee for the development of the cause of finance.The financial purpose is to realize the modernization of governance system and governance capacity in the field of finance,and adhere to the original aspiration and mission of Chinese communists.
