摘　　要：发生在钻石公主号邮轮上的新冠疫情感染事件,表明现有客船在预防和控制传染性疾病发生和传播方面存在不足。世界各大船级社对如何防止传染性疾病在船上的传播展开研究,CCS于2020年发布的《船舶防疫安全指南》旨在通过改进船舶设计、改善船舶运营管理,以有效预防和控制传染性疾病在客船上的传播。根据该指南中流行病预防控制符号EPC 2防止空气、淡水、食物、废水和医疗垃圾污染等相关原则性要求及实船设计案例,重点阐述客船隔离区、缓冲区总体布置、通道设置及空调/通风系统设计方案,可为今后客船防疫安全设计提供参考。The infection and spread of Covid-19 on the cruise ship Diamond Princess means the passenger ships have obvious deficiency on defence and control spread of infectious disease at present.Major classes around the world have done some researches and Guidance of Epidemic Prevention for Ships issued by CCS in 2020 aims to defend and control the spread of infectious disease on the passenger ships by improving the ship design and operation management.Based on the relevant requirements of air,fresh water,food,waste water and medical waste from EPC 2 notation and ship design case,the design plan of the general arrangement,escape route,ventilation and pipe design for separation and buffer areas are presented,serving as guidance for the passenger ship’s epidemic prevention design in the future.
