摘　　要：首先通过FRAME法对酒店的火灾风险进行评估,基于评估结果建立公众责任险费率浮动模型;其次,运用数值模拟方法计算评估对象的预期伤亡人数;最后基于模糊数学法和评估等级确定累计赔偿限额并进行实例应用,该研究可为保险公司科学合理厘定保险费率提供一定的科学依据和技术支撑。This study firstly evaluated the fire risk of the hotel by FRAME method and established the public liability insurance rate floating model based on the assessment results;secondly,calculated the expected number of casualties of the assessed object by using numerical simulation method;finally,determined the accumulated compensation limit based on fuzzy mathematical method and assessment level and applied it by example,which could provide some scientific basis and technical support for insurance companies to determine insurance rates scientifically and reasonably.
