摘　　要：结合某球团厂的工艺特点,对球团烟气系统流程、工况、粉尘特性进行了分析,重点介绍了粉尘治理的难点和实际工程中如何通过在球团主电除尘器、脱硫塔、湿式电除尘器等各个环节采取相应的除尘措施来提高粉尘除尘效率,最终实现粉尘颗粒物的超低排放,对其他类似工艺球团烟气的治理具有指导意义。Combined with the process characteristics of a pellet plant,this paper analyzed the process,working conditions and dust characteristics of the pelletizing flue gas system,and focused on the difficulties of dust control and how to improve the dust removal efficiency by taking corresponding dust removal measures in each link of the pelletizing main electrostatic precipitator,desulfurization tower and wet electrostatic precipitator,so as to finally realized the ultra-low emission of dust particles. It had guiding significance for the treatment of pellet flue gas in other similar processes.
