摘 要:为了高效去除酒厂废水中的氮、磷,改善好氧处理过程曝气盘和管道等结垢问题,提高废水中N、P、COD的去除率,探讨了鸟粪石(MAP)法对废水中N、P、COD去除效果的影响。实验结果表明,氧化镁作为镁源药剂最合适,不增加系统盐分,其最佳反应参数分别为:镁磷物质的量之比为1.2∶1,反应pH值为9,反应时间为30 min,沉淀时间为30 min,酒厂废水总磷、磷酸盐、氨氮和COD的去除率分别为96.4%、96.9%、40.9%和59.5%,氮磷去除效果好。XRD分析结果表明,沉淀物中主要物质是鸟粪石(MgNHPO·6HO),经检测得到沉淀物中鸟粪石的纯度为88.7%。In order to efficiently remove nitrogen and phosphorus from distillery wastewater,improve scaling problems such as aeration trays and pipes during aerobic treatment,and increase the removal rates of N,P and COD from wastewater,the effects of the struvite stone(MAP)method on the removal of N,P and COD from wastewater were investigated. The experimental results showed that MgO was the most suitable as the magnesium source agent,without increasing the system salinity.The optimal reaction parameters were as follows:the Mg/P molar ratio was 1.2∶1,the reaction pH was 9,the reaction time was 30 min,and the precipitation time was 30 min. The removal rates of total phosphorus,phosphate,ammonia nitrogen,and COD in winery wastewater are 96.4%,96.9%,40.9%,and 59.5%,respectively. The XRD analysis results showed that the main substance in the sediment was struvite(MgNHPO·6HO)with a purity of 88.7%.
