摘  要:为研究不同开窗面积对高层住宅室内自然通风的影响,利用CFD软件对合肥地区某高层建筑顶楼主卧的通风情况进行数值模拟,研究开窗面积对室内风速及平均空气龄等参数的影响。结果表明:高层住宅卧室内的平均风速随着开窗面积的增大而增大,平均空气龄随着开窗面积的增大而减小;因一般高层住宅建筑卧室面积普遍较小,且无遮挡,室外风速相对较高,高层住宅室内窗户开启1/9及以上时,射流中心部位风速0.8 m/s以上,平均空气龄小于42 s,自然通风均满足室内通风要求。This paper aims to study the effect of different window opening areas on the indoor natural ventilation of high-rise residential buildings including indoor wind speed and average air age.The results show that the average wind speed in the bedroom of high-rise residential buildings increases with the increase of the window opening area,and the average air age decreases with the increase of the window opening area.As most high-rise residential buildings are not covered and the bedroom area is mostly small,the outdoor wind speed is relatively high,and when the indoor windows of high-rise residential buildings are opened up to 1/9 or more,the wind speed at the center of the jet is more than 0.8 m/s,and the average air age is less than 42 s,and thus,natural ventilation meets the indoor ventilation requirements.
