摘 要:为提高TiO光阳极中电子的传输能力、减少载流子复合,将宝泰隆新材料股份有限公司量产的石墨烯(rGO)引入到染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSCs)光阳极中,通过控制石墨烯的分布区域和质量分数,制备出层叠状rGO/TiO_(2)光阳极,研究其对DSSCs性能的影响。结果表明:层叠状rGO/TiO_(2)光阳极能够有效增强光生电子传输能力,延长电子寿命,抑制电子的复合,降低暗电流,充分发挥rGO在TiO_(2)光阳极膜中的电子桥作用,进而提高DSSCs的光电转化效率;在优化条件下,层叠状rGO/TiO_(2)复合光阳极的光电转化效率达到7.19%,明显高于单纯TiO光阳极的光电转化效率4.79%。This paper seeks to improve electron transmission capacity and reduce carrier recombination in TiOphotoanode.The studyinvolves introducing graphene(rGO)mass-produced by Baotailong New Materials Limited Company into the photoanode of dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs);preparing layered rGO/TiO_(2)photoanodes by controlling the distribution area and mass fraction of graphene;and studying the effects of the prepared photoanodes on the properties of DSSCs.The results show that the stacked rGO/TiO_(2)photoanodes can effectively enhance the photoelectron transport capacity,prolong the electron lifetime,inhibit the recombination of electrons,reduce the dark current,makes rGO work in the TiOphotoanodic film electron bridge,and then improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of DSSCs.Under the optimized conditions,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the stacked rGO/TiO_(2)composite photoanode reaches 7.19%,which is significantly higher than that of the single TiOphotoanode at 4.79%.
