妇科再造胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察妇科再造胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法 80例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,实验组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合妇科再造胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FPG)]、脂代谢指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)]及性激素指标[促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、LH峰值、FSH峰值、LH/FSH]变化情况。结果 实验组治疗总有效率92.50%显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组FPG(5.29±1.59)mmol/L、TG(3.54±0.13)mmol/L、LDL(1.24±0.48)mmol/L、HDL(3.45±0.14)mmol/L、TC(4.57±0.11)mmol/L水平均显著优于对照组的(8.94±1.85)、(3.96±0.48)、(1.41±0.17)、(2.74±0.54)、(5.33±0.25)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组FSH(5.32±0.85)mIU/ml、LH(8.02±0.02)mIU/ml、E_(2)(21.52±6.77)pg/ml、LH峰值(9.21±1.15)mIU/ml、FSH峰值(8.34±1.13)mIU/ml、LH/FSH(0.60±0.02)均优于对照组的(6.02±1.70)mIU/ml、(10.00±1.04)mIU/ml、(30.51±14.25)pg/ml、(19.99±11.70)mIU/ml、(14.87±5.88)mIU/ml、(1.36±0.84),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合妇科再造胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效更加显著,安全性好,值得推广应用,有助于提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To observe the linical efficacy of Fuke Zaizao capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets,and the experimental group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with Fuke Zaizao capsule.Both groups were compare in terms of therapeutic effect,glucose metabolism indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG)],lipid metabolism indexes[triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL)],sex hormone indexes[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)),LH peak,FSH peak,LH/FSH]before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had FPG of(5.29±1.59)mmol/L,TG of(3.54±0.13)mmol/L,LDL of(1.24±0.48)mmol/L,HDL of(3.45±0.14)mmol/L,TC of(4.57±0.11)mmol/L,which were significantly better than(8.94±1.85),(3.96±0.48),(1.41±0.17),(2.74±0.54),(5.33±0.25)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had FSH of(5.32±0.85)mIU/ml,LH of(8.02±0.02)mIU/ml,E_(2) of(21.52±6.77)pg/ml,LH peak of(9.21±1.15),FSH peak of(10.34±1.13),LH/FSH of(0.60±0.02),which were significantly better than(6.02±1.70)mIU/ml,(10.00±1.04)mIU/ml,(30.51±14.25)pg/ml,(19.99±11.70)mIU/ml,(14.87±5.88)mIU/ml,(1.36±0.84)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with Fuke Z
