小儿捏脊辅助治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探究早产儿喂养不耐受中小儿捏脊辅助治疗的效果。方法 92例喂养不耐受早产儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组46例。对照组患儿应用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,研究组患儿在对照组基础上采取小儿捏脊辅助治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、时间指标。结果 研究组患儿总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿达全肠道喂养时间(11.71±1.07)d、住院时间(24.65±3.14)d均短于对照组的(12.41±1.31)、(26.34±2.76)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿捏脊辅助治疗早产儿喂养不耐受疗效明显,能够缩短患儿达全肠道喂养时间、住院时间,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of pediatric chiropractic for premature infants with feeding intolerance.Methods A total of 92 premature infants with feeding intolerance were divided into control group and research group by random numerical table,with 46 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria capsules,and children in the research group were treated with adjuvant therapy of pediatric chiropractic on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and time indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total enteral feeding time in the research group was(11.71±1.07)d,and the hospitalization time was(24.65±3.14)d,which were shorter than(12.41±1.31)and(26.34±2.76)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric chiropractic has obvious efficacy for premature infants with feeding intolerance,and can shorten the full enteral feeding time and hospitalization time in children,which is worthy of popularization and application.
