琥珀酸亚铁联合珍芪补血口服液对老年贫血的治疗价值研究

摘　　要：目的 研究琥珀酸亚铁联合珍芪补血口服液治疗老年贫血的临床价值。方法 86例老年贫血患者,依据计算机随机数抽样方法分为对比组与分析组,各43例。对比组采用琥珀酸亚铁治疗,分析组在对比组基础上采用琥珀酸亚铁联合珍芪补血口服液治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后红细胞参数[红细胞计数(RBC)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血红蛋白(Hb)]及不良反应发生情况。结果 分析组治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对比组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,分析组RBC、SF、Hb水平分别为(3.44±0.51)×10^(12)/L、(9.24±1.45)μg/L、(122.48±8.27)g/L,均明显高于对比组的(3.12±0.47)×10^(12)/L、(8.07±1.38)μg/L、(100.54±5.93)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析组不良反应发生率为4.65%,明显低于对比组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 琥珀酸亚铁联合珍芪补血口服液治疗老年贫血能够明显提高患者治疗效果,改善Hb、SF、RBC水平,降低并发症发生率,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To study the clinical value of ferrous succinate combined with Zhenqi Buxue oral liquid in the treatment of elderly anemia.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with anemia were divided into the control group and the analysis group according to computer random sampling method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ferrous succinate,and the analysis group was treated with ferrous succinate combined with Zhenqi Buxue oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,red blood cell parameters[red blood cell count(RBC),serum ferritin(SF),hemoglobin(Hb)]before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the analysis group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 79.07%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of RBC,SF and Hb in the analysis group were(3.44±0.51)×10^(12)/L,(9.24±1.45)μg/L,and(122.48±8.27)g/L,which were significantly higher than(3.12±0.47)×10^(12)/L,(8.07±1.38)μg/L,and(100.54±5.93)g/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 18.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ferrous succinate and Zhenqi Buxue oral liquid in the treatment of senile anemia can significantly increase the therapeutic effect,improve the levels of Hb,SF,and RBC,and reduce the complication rate.It is worthy of wide application.
