摘　　要：目的探讨膜诱导技术(Masquelet技术)联合皮瓣技术治疗小腿骨与软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法采用Masquelet技术联合皮瓣技术治疗20例小腿骨与软组织缺损患者。记录骨愈合时间及并发症发生情况,根据Paley评分标准评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间14~36个月。皮瓣全部成活。骨缺损均愈合,放射学、临床植骨愈合时间分别为6~11个月、7~13个月。均未出现过敏、感染复发、内固定失效等并发症。末次随访时根据Paley评分标准评价疗效:优15例,良4例,可1例,优良率19/20。结论采用Masquelet技术联合皮瓣技术治疗小腿骨与软组织缺损具有操作较简单、治愈率高、功能恢复好、并发症少等优势。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of induced membrane technique(Masquelet technique)combined with skin flap technique in the treatment of bone and soft tissue defect of the loweRleg.Methods Masquelet technique combined with skin flap technique were used to treat 20 cases with bone and soft tissue defect of the loweRlegs.Bone healing time and complications were recorded,and the curative effect was evaluated according to Paley score criterion.Results All patients were followed up foR14~36 months.All flaps survived.All bone defects healed,the radiological and clinical bone graft healing time were 6~11 months and 7~13 months,respectively.There were no complications such as allergies,relapse of infection,and internal fixation failure.At the last follow-up,the efficacy was evaluated according to Paley score standard:excellent in 15 cases,good in 4 and faiRin 1,with the excellent and good rate of 19/20.Conclusions Masquelet technique combined with skin flap technique in the treatment of bone and soft tissue defects of loweRlegs have the advantages of simple operation,high cure rate,good functional recovery and feweRcomplications.
