摘 要:“琅琊之稻”是古琅琊地区的著名农业物产,具有4000多年的种植史,主要分布于今山东潍坊、青岛、日照和临沂等地,即潍水(潍河)、胶莱河和沂沭河流域。古琅琊地区独特的气候条件和地理环境造就了琅琊稻的优良品质。其代表性品种主要有汉代“稻城稻”、唐代“芙蓉湖香粳”和“塘崖贡米”以及明清诸城“黄小红芒稻”等。其优良品质主要表现在它的高产、耐旱、味香、价优等方面。琅琊稻在古代稻作史和中外稻作交流史中占据重要地位。"Langya Rice"was a famous agricultural product in the ancient Langya region,with a planting history of more than 4,000 years.It was mainly distributed in Weifang,Qingdao,Rizhao and Linyi of Shandong province,namely Weishui(Weihe),Jiaolai River and Yishu River basin.The unique climatic conditions and geographical environment of Langya region contributed to the excellent quality of Langya rice.The representative varieties mainly included"Daocheng Rice"in Han Dynasty,"Furonghu japonica rice"and"Tangyagong Rice"in Tang Dynasty,and"Huang Xiao Hong Mang Rice"in cities of Ming and Qing Dynasties.Its good quality was mainly manifested in its high yield,drought tolerance,taste and good price.Langya Rice occupied an important position in the history of ancient rice farming and the history of rice farming exchanges between China and foreign countries.
