摘 要:考虑到锂渣、废橡胶等工业垃圾对环境的危害,将锂渣、废橡胶分别部分取代圆钢管混凝土中的水泥与砂,不仅能够解决环境问题,而且能改善圆钢管混凝土的部分工作性能。通过对不同锂渣取代率(0、10%、20%、30%)、橡胶取代率(0、10%)的8根圆钢管锂渣橡胶混凝土短柱试件进行轴心受压试验,分析了短柱的破坏形态及力学性能。研究结果表明:8个短柱试件破坏形态相似,同时,在相同锂渣取代率条件下,橡胶颗粒部分取代细骨料降低了圆钢管锂渣橡胶混凝土短柱的强度,但橡胶颗粒的掺入可提高试件的延性,使试件的变形能力得到了增强;在相同橡胶取代率条件下,锂渣部分取代水泥可提高试件的强度,当锂渣取代率为20%时,其受压强度最大。To solve the problem of harm of lithium slag,waste rubber and other industrial wastes to the environment,replacing cement and sand in concrete-filled steel tube column with lithium slag and waste rubber can not only solve the environmental problems,but also improve the working performance of concrete-filled steel tube column.The failure modes and mechanical properties of 8 specimens with different lithium slag replacement rates(0,10%,20%,30%)and rubber replacement rates(0,10%)were analyzed by axial compression tests.The results show that the failure modes of 8 specimens are similar.And then,under the condition of the same lithium slag replacement rate,the yield strength and compressive strength of lithium slag rubber concrete-filled steel tube column are reduced by partial replacement of fine aggregate by rubber.In addition,the ductility of specimens is improved and the deformation capacity of specimens is enhanced by the replacement of rubber,under the condition of the same rubber replacement rate,the yield strength and compressive strength of the specimens will be improved when the lithium slag partially replaces the cement.When the lithium slag replacement rate is 20%,the yield strength and compressive strength are the maximum.
