摘  要:为研究掺入渗透结晶材料(CCCW)和纳米二氧化硅(NS)对受压损伤混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的影响,在前期研究基础上,制备了单掺3%CCCW(C3N0)、复掺3%CCCW和1%NS(C3N1)及未掺CCCW和NS(C0N0)的混凝土,通过室内氯盐溶液浸泡试验,研究了受压后混凝土在不同侵蚀龄期下的氯离子传输规律。结果表明:(1)掺入渗透结晶材料或纳米二氧化硅可以减小混凝土内的氯离子浓度,其中复掺2种材料的混凝土内的氯离子浓度最小,抗氯离子侵蚀效果最好。(2)混凝土内氯离子浓度随预压应力水平的增加而增大,但受混凝土持续自修复的影响,应力水平对混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀能力的影响随侵蚀龄期的延长而逐渐减弱。(3)不同受压应力水平下混凝土同一深度处的氯离子浓度差随侵蚀龄期的延长而降低,其中复掺3%CCCW与1%NS的混凝土内的氯离子浓度差下降趋势最明显。(4)混凝土表面氯离子浓度和表观氯离子扩散系数均随预压应力增加而增大,其中复掺3%CCCW和1%NS时增加程度最小。In order to obtain the effect of crystalline materials(CCCW)and nano-silica(NS)on the resistance of chloride transported into concrete with pre-stress damage,concrete with 3%CCCW(C3N0),3%CCCW mixed with 1%NS(C3N1)and without CCCW and NS(C0N0)were prepared and immersed in chloride ion solution.Chloride ion′s concentration in various concretes after compressive stress were then detected and analyzed.The results showed that(1)Mixing 3%CCCW and 1%NS into concrete can further reduce the chloride ion concentration in concrete than that only mixing 3%CCCW and without CCCW and NS.(2)The chloride concentrations in concrete increase with the increase of stress level,but the influence of compressive stress to the concentration get weaker for long-time immersion as self-healing of concrete.(3)At the same depth of concrete,the differences of chloride concentration in concrete after different compressive stress level decreases as the immersion time increase,and the decrease trend of concrete mixing 3%CCCW and 1%NS is more obvious than other two types of concrete.(4)Surface chloride concentration and apparent chloride diffusion coefficient of tested concrete specimens are both increase with the increasing of pre-compression level.The increasing degree of concrete containing 3%CCCW and 1%NS is smaller than other concrete specimens.
