摘  要:为了研究阻燃剂对PVA纤维增强水泥基材料高温后力学性能的影响,采用甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)对PVA纤维进行了表面涂覆,将处理前后的PVA纤维分别制成纤维增强水泥基复合材料(FRCC)进行高温试验,测试了高温后试件的抗压强度和抗折强度,结合热重分析试验和扫描电镜结果,对FRCC高温后的强度退化规律及微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:DMMP降低了常温下FRCC的抗压和抗折强度,但对PVA纤维热分解起到了一定抑制作用,在400℃时对基体产生了增强效果。This work is to explore the effect of flame retardants on the mechanical properties of PVA fiber-reinforced cement-based materials after high temperature.The dimethyl methyl phosphate(DMMP)was used to coat the surfaces of PVA fibers,and then the modified PVA fibers were imported into fiber-reinforced cement-based composite materials(FRCC).The FRCC were subsequently calcined at different temperature,respectively.Compared with the FRCC at room temperature,the compressive and flexural strengths of the specimen under four typical high temperatures were investigated.Furthermore,combined with the results of thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy,the strength degradation law and microstructure of FRCC after high temperature are analyzed.The experimental and theoretical results show that the incorporation of DMMP can reduce the flexural and compressive strengths of FRCC at room temperature.But DMMP has a certain inhibitory effect on the thermal decomposition of PVA fibers,and it has a strengthening effect on matrix at 400℃.
