摘 要:为研究玻璃纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维对再生混凝土力学性能的影响,以纤维体积掺量、纤维长度和纤维掺入方式(单掺及混掺)为变化参数,对再生混凝土进行了抗压和抗折试验。试验结果表明:纤维再生混凝土较再生混凝土抗压强度提高幅度不大,但抗折强度、折压比提高明显;单掺聚乙烯醇纤维其力学性能优于单掺玻璃纤维再生混凝土;混掺长度为9 mm、体积掺量为0.45%的玻璃纤维和0.1%的聚乙烯醇纤维较为合适,混杂纤维再生混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度及折压比较未加纤维的再生混凝土分别提高5.78%、66.7%、58.1%。To study the effect of glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber on the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete.Fiber volume percent,fiber length and fiber incorporation method(single-fiber and mix-fiber)were designed as variable parameters,The compression and flexural tests of recycled aggregate concrete were carried out.The test results show that compared with recycled aggregate concrete,the compressive strength of fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete is not much improved,but the flexural strength and flexure and compression′s ratio increase significantly.The mechanical properties of single-doped polyvinyl alcohol fiber are better than that of single-doped glass fiber recycled concrete.When the volume percent of glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber with a length of 9 mm are 0.45%and 0.1%,respectively,the compressive strength,flexural strength and flexure and compression′s ratio of glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete are the best.Compared with recycled concrete,the glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete increased by 5.78%,66.7%,and 58.1%,respectively.
