摘  要:为有效提高MgO-激发矿渣材料(MASM)的前期抗压强度,采用硅粉为强度增强剂,研究了不同硅粉掺量(取代3%~15%矿渣)对MASM新拌性能、抗压强度、水化产物和微结构的影响。研究结果表明:随着SF掺量的增大,MASM的凝结时间先增大后降低,这主要与SF的晶核作用、稀释作用和吸附作用有关。此外,随着SF掺量的增大,MASM微结构中的裂缝与微孔隙逐渐减少,微结构密实性不断增强,水化产物的Ca/Si比不断降低,水化产物数量明显增加。总体上,采用SF取代3%~15%矿渣可将MASM砂浆的抗压强度分别提高12.10%~27.97%(3 d)、7.96%~33.37%(7 d)、2.1%~9.71%(28 d),显著地提高了MgO碱激发体系前期强度,为MASM的发展与应用提供理论依据。It is aimed to effectively improve the compressive strength atearlyage of MgO-activated slag material(MASM).Therefore,based on the use of silica fume(SF)as strength enhancer,the effects of different SF dosage(replacing 3%~15%slag)on the fresh mixing performance,compressive strength,hydration products and microstructure of MASM were investigated.The experimental results show that the setting time of MASM increased first followed by a decrease with the increase of SF dosage,which is mainly attributed to the nucleation,dilution and adsorption effects of SF.In addition,with the increase of SF dosage,the cracks and microporosity in the microstructure of MASM gradually decreased,enabling the compactness of the microstructure to be continuously enhanced.Meanwhile,the amount of hydration products increased significantly and the Ca/Si ratio kept reducing.Overall,the compressive strength of MASM mortars could be increased by 12.10%~27.97%(3 d),7.96%~33.37%(7 d),and 2.1%~9.71%(28 d),respectively,by using SF instead of 3%~15%slag.This significantly improved the early strength of the MgO-activated slag system and provided a theoretical basis for the development and application of MASM.
