摘 要:试验研究了水化温升抑制剂对中热水泥水化的影响,并从水泥水化热、放热速率、力学性能、混凝土自生体积变形等方面进行分析。结果表明,水化温升抑制剂能明显降低中热水泥水化热及放热速率,对中热水泥砂浆早期强度影响较大,90 d强度影响较小,而对中热水泥混凝土自生体积变形基本无影响。可见,水化温升抑制剂有利于降低混凝土里表温差和最大温升,提高混凝土抗裂性能,特别适用于设计龄期较长的水工大体积混凝土。The experiment researched the influence of concrete temperature rise inhibitor(TRI)on medium heat cement hydration,and the properties of cement hydration heat,heat release rate,mechanical properties and autogenous volume deformation had been analyzed.The results show that the TRI can reduce the heat of hydration and heat release rate of medium heat cement significantly.It can reduce the strength of medium heat cement mortar,especially at early stage,while has a small effect at 90 days.In addition,there is little effect on the autogenous volume deformation of medium heat cement concrete with TRI addition.Therefore,the TRI is beneficial to reduce the temperature rise of concrete and improve the performance of crack resistance of concrete,and is especially suitable for hydraulic mass concrete with a long design age.
