摘 要:工业固体废弃物在一定程度上属于可以重新利用的资源,混凝土矿物掺合料大部分是用工业固体废弃物进行加工磨细制成的,可以改善混凝土性能,替代部分水泥,降低成本。用燃煤电厂的炉渣加工成炉渣微粉掺合料,通过试验研究它对胶凝材料性能的影响规律;结果表明,炉渣微粉虽然具有一定的活性,但需水性和吸附性都比较大;替代部分水泥单独掺入使用时,使胶凝材料的强度降低、标准稠度需水量比增大、流动性以及与外加剂相容性变差,并且这些性能变化的幅度随着掺量的增加而增大,所以在混凝土生产中,掺合料不宜单选炉渣微粉使用;采用双掺技术,在炉渣微粉掺量不超过10%条件下,可与活性高、与外加剂相容性好的矿渣微粉掺合料同时使用,不仅能改善胶凝材料的性能,而且能够带来一定的经济效益和社会效益。Industrial solid waste is a resource that can be reused as a certain extent,most of the concrete mineral admixtures are made by grinding industrial solid waste,which can improve the performance of concrete,replacing cement to reduce the cost.With coal-fired slag processed into slag micro-powder admixture,and its influence on the properties of cementitiou materials is studied through experiments.The results show that although the slag micro-powder has certain activity,it has bigger water demand and adsorption.When slag micro-powder replacing part of cement alone,the strength of cementitiou materials will be reduced,the water demand ratio of standard consistency will be increased,the fluidity and compatibility with admixtures will be worse,and the range of these performance changes will increase with the increase of slag micro-powder dosage.Therefore,in concrete production,fine slag micro-powder should not be used as mineral admixture alone.Under the condition that the content of slag micro-powder is less than 10%,the double mixing technology can be used at the same time with iron ore slag micro-powder admixture with high activity and good compatibility with mineral admixtures,which can not only improve the performance of cementitiou materials,but also bring certain economic and social benefits.
