摘 要:以钼尾矿和水泥为主要原料,采用化学发泡法制得钼尾矿泡沫混凝土,通过正交试验,研究了水灰比、发泡剂掺量、水温、硬脂酸钙掺量对钼尾矿泡沫混凝土性能的交互作用。结果表明:钼尾矿泡沫混凝土的最优配合比为钼尾矿30%、水泥70%、硬脂酸钙0.50%、发泡剂2.0%、水灰比0.43、水温40℃时,制备的泡沫混凝土干密度和抗压强度分别为712 kg/m^(3)和5.54 MPa,体积吸水率为12.09%,平均孔径为0.56 mm,导热系数为0.178 W/(m·K),性能达到JG/T 266—2011《泡沫混凝土》干密度A07、强度C5、吸水率W15的要求。利用钼尾矿制备的泡沫混凝土强度高,导热系数小,可作为建筑外墙自保温砌块,为高掺量利用钼尾矿制备自保温砌块开辟一条技术途径。Molybdenum tailings foam concrete was prepared by the chemical foaming method with molybdenum tailings and cement as the main raw materials.The interaction of water-cement ratio,foaming agent dosage,water temperature,and calcium stearate dosage on the performance of molybdenum tailings foam concrete was studied by the orthogonal experiment.The results show that the optimum ratio of molybdenum tailings foam concrete is:molybdenum tailings 30%,cement 70%,calcium stearate 0.50%,and foaming agent 2.0%.When the water-cement ratio was 0.43 and the water temperature was 40℃,the dry density and compressive strength of the foamed concrete was 712 kg/m^(3),5.54 MPa,the volume water absorption rate was 12.09%,the average pore diameter was 0.56 mm and the thermal conductivity was 0.178 W/(m·K),The performance reached the requirements of industry-standard JG/T 266—2011 with dry density A07,strength C5,and water absorption rate of W15.The foamed concrete prepared by molybdenum tailings has high strength and low thermal conductivity,which can be used as self-insulation blocks for building exterior walls.It opens up a technical way for the preparation of self-insulation blocks with high content of molybdenum tailings.
