摘 要:为解决装配式机场道面施工工艺中基层与面层贴合度较低且难找平的问题,选用了一种柔性防水卷材作为过渡层加铺于原基层,进而形成了复合型新基层。设计了以过渡层厚度为变量与原工艺对比的试验方案,开展了弯沉及横向滑移的足尺试验,并采用有限元软件计算了不同工况下板边最大应力,根据试验及计算结果对各工况装配式道面的承载能力做出对比分析。结果表明:与原基层相比,复合型基层应用于装配式道面有效地解决了面基层间的贴合度低问题,并提升了道面的承载能力。竖向结构动力响应下采用弯沉指标评价时降低幅度为19%~41%,采用应力值指标时降幅为11.15%~36.06%,传荷比大于50%。面基层之间贴合度较好,摩擦系数最大可达到0.35,高于原工况20%。但随着厚度的增加,却不利于横向荷载作用下的道面结构稳定性。为确保道面结构整体稳定性,卷材厚度应采用工况1。In order to solve the problem of low adhesion and difficult leveling between the base layer and the surface layer in the construction technology of prefabricated airport pavement,a flexible waterproofing membrane is selected as the transition layer to be overlayed on the original base layer,and then a new composite base is formed.A test scheme was designed to compare the thickness of the transition layer with the original process,and a full-scale test of deflection and lateral slip was carried out.The maximum stress at the edge of the plate under different working conditions was calculated by using the finite element software.According to the test and calculation results,the bearing capacity of the fabricated pavement under various working conditions was compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the original base,the application of composite base in prefabricated pavement effectively solves the problem of low adhesion between surface base and improves the bearing capacity of pavement.Under the dynamic response of vertical structure,the decrease amplitude is 19%~41%,when the deflection index is used,and the decrease amplitude is 11.15%~36.06%.When the stress value index is used,and the load transfer ratio is greater than 50%.The adhesion between surface and base is good,and the maximum friction coefficient can reach 0.35,which is higher than 20%of the original working condition.However,with the increase of thickness,it is not conducive to the stability of pavement structure under lateral load.In order to ensure the overall stability of pavement structure,type 1 of working condition should be selected for coil thickness.
