摘 要:由前期的配合陈积粉煤灰的硅砂炉渣加气混凝土抗折性能试验研究基础,可知:采用廉价易得的硅砂炉渣代替部分陈积粉煤灰,可以提高陈积粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块的抗折性能;因此有必要进一步细化硅砂炉渣陈积粉煤灰加气混凝土试验,以获取最优配合比设计参数。以水胶比、粉煤灰配合量、生石灰配合量、硅砂配合量、炉渣配合量、石膏配合量、发气剂配合量(铝粉)和减水剂配合量8个配合比影响因素作为单独改变量,分别研究其影响效应。试验研究中以规范要求为前提,以更高的抗折强度作为优选配合比原则,展开正交试验分析。试验结果表明水泥、粉煤灰、生石灰、硅砂、炉渣、发气剂(铝粉)、减水剂、石膏和水的最优配合比为240∶160∶100∶100∶160∶24∶1.2∶2.5∶100,并简要分析了每个因素单独改变的影响效应。所得结果为加气混凝土企业生产硅砂炉渣加气混凝土提供了最优的配合比设计参数。Based on the previous experimental research on the flexural performance of aerated concrete with silica sand slag combined with accumulated fly ash,it can be seen that the use of cheap and easily available silica sand slag to replace part of the accumulated fly ash can improve the performance of aerated concrete with accumulated fly ash.The flexural resistance of the block is feasible,so it is necessary to further refine the silica sand slag accumulation fly ash aerated concrete experiment to obtain the optimal mix ratio design parameters.8 factors affecting the proportion of water-binder ratio,fly ash,quicklime,silica sand,slag,gypsum,air-generating agent(aluminum powder)and water reducer are used as the change the amount separately and study its effect separately.In the experimental study,taking the specification requirements as the premise,and taking the higher flexural strength as the principle of optimal mix ratio,the orthogonal test analysis was carried out.The optimal mix ratio of water reducing agent,gypsum and water is 240∶160∶100∶100∶160∶24∶1.2∶2.5∶100,and the influence effect of each factor′s individual change is briefly analyzed.The result is that the air-entrained concrete enterprise.The production of silica sand slag aerated concrete provides the optimal mix design.
