摘 要:通过制备优选的高强植生混凝土,研究了在3种硫酸盐浓度下抗硫酸盐干湿循环侵蚀性能。结果表明:硫酸盐对植生混凝土侵蚀破坏从混凝土局部角落脱落开始,损伤逐渐从对角向四周扩展。干湿循环次数增加,相对质量损失先降低后增加,强度耐腐系数先增加后降低。随着硫酸盐浓度的增加,植生混凝土强度耐腐系数和相对质量损失逐渐增加,分析了植生混凝土受硫酸盐干湿循环侵蚀损伤机理。拟合分析了植生混凝土强度耐腐系数与相对质量损失之间的关系方程。Through the preparation of selected high strength planted concrete,the resistance of planted concrete to sulfate dry and wet cyclic erosion was studied under three sulfate concentrations.The results showed that the sulfate erosion damage to the plant-grown concrete started from the local corner of the concrete,and with the increase of the number of dry-wet cycles,the erosion gradually increased from the diagonal to the surrounding area.With the increase of the number of dry-wet cycles,the relative mass loss of planted concrete first decreases and then increases,and the strength and corrosion resistance coefficient first increases and then decreases.With the increase of sulfate concentration,the corrosion resistance coefficient and relative mass loss of plant concrete increase gradually.The damage mechanism of plant concrete subjected to sulfate dry-wet cycling erosion was analyzed and the relation equation between strength and corrosion resistance coefficient of plant concrete and relative mass loss was established.
