摘　　要：基于网格化管理模式的大学生宿舍管理信息系统是网格化管理思想与现代信息技术高度融合的产物。管理信息系统以网格为核心思想将宿舍管理分成若干单元,系统分服务器端和操作终端,操作终端实现分管网格学生基础数据采集录入与宿舍综合管理数据录入、确认,服务器端实现宿舍管理数据的审核确认、实现规范化、标准化、智能化处理,最终形成标准化的输出结果。输出结果反映不同网格大学生自我教育自我管理自我服务能力差异;反映不同网格学生宿舍安全、和谐稳定、宿舍文化建设差异;反映不同网格责任人开展思想政治教育工作效果的差异。一级网格输出结果可以形成对学生宿舍管理工作的评价,二级网格输出结果可以形成对二级学院、各楼栋学生教育和管理工作,学生宿舍建设和管理工作的评价;三级网格输出结果可以形成对分管辅导员学生思想政治教育工作的评价。The dormitory management information system of college students based on grid management mode divides the dormitory management into several units in the form of grid,the system terminal authorized by the server will collect and integrate the basic data of the grid student dormitory.The system design will realize the normalization,standardization and intelligent statistics and evaluation of data,form standardized output results,through the construction of evaluation index system to achieve the interaction between qualitative and quantitative results.We can link the results with the practical credits of the ideological and political theory course education in universities,and realize the great transformation of ideological and political education of college students from internalization to externalization.The evaluation results can reflect the differences of three self abilities of different grid students;reflect the differences of safety,harmony,stability management,dormitory culture construction of different grid students;reflect the differences of ideological and political education work carried out by different grid principals.The results of the first level grid can form the evaluation of the dormitory management work of students’affairs division.The results of the second level grid can form the evaluation of the education and management work of the students in the second level college,the construction and management work of the students’dormitory.The results of the third level grid can form the evaluation of the ideological and political education work of the counselors.
