“后扶贫时代”辅导员做好资助育人工作的探究——以厦门海洋职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：2020年我国脱贫工作取得了胜利的硕果,全国832个贫困县全部摘帽,在取得胜利后,我国正式进入了“后扶贫时代”,高校在“后扶贫时代”聚焦的重点不再仅仅是学子的经济问题,而是要关注资助育人工作的成效问题。持续跟踪和有效帮扶困难学子,除了不让学子因为经济问题而失学,更重要的是要关注学子身心的全面健康发展。在继续严格落实中央的决策部署、做好“防返贫”与“阻致贫”工作的同时,还要从思想和精神上持续跟踪和有效帮扶困难学子,同时借助我校陈嘉庚精神进一步帮助学子从思想上脱贫,填补了该领域的研究空白。本文将从我校借助嘉庚精神将国家扶贫、学生资助的相关政策切实落到实处为例,以关注困难学子的思想品德教育和心理疏导为切入点,为继续巩固发展教育脱贫一批及全面脱贫工作的胜利成果注入新鲜活力。In 2020,China’s efforts to lift itself out of poverty achieved great success.832 poverty-stricken counties lift itself out of poverty.Now,China officially entered the“POST-POVERTY-ALLEVIATION ERA”.The focus of universities in the“post-poverty era”is no longer just on students’economic problems,but on the focus of educating people.In addition to keeping track of students with financial difficulties and helping them effectively,it’s more important to pay attention to students’overall healthy development of body and mind.While we continue to strictly implement the deployment of the Central Committee and do a good job in preventing poverty and preventing the return of poverty,we should also continue to follow up and effectively help students with difficulties,both mentally and spiritually,at the same time,with the spirit of Tan Kah Kee to poverty alleviation for students,all these research to fill the research gaps in this field.In this paper,we will set an example about the spirit of Tan Kah Kee to put the relevant policies of National Poverty Alleviation and student financial aid into practice,focus on the ideological and moral education and psychological counseling of students with difficulties,to continue to consolidate the development of education to lift out of poverty and overall success of the work of injecting fresh vitality.
