摘  要:油浸纸绝缘电容式套管广泛应用于交流特高压变压器、高压并联电抗器上。安装前后进行介质损耗试验,能有效发现套管绝缘缺陷及是否受潮,因此测量套管主绝缘电容C_(1)、末屏对法兰盘电容C_(2)和介损具有重要意义。文章采用带有屏蔽功能的介质损耗测试仪,将主变绕组对地电容屏蔽,可准确测量套管安装前后套管电容C_(2)及介损。现场测量发现安装前后套管电容C_(2)与出厂数据不一致,经分析,是由于变压器绕组对地电容的影响造成的。Oil-immersed paper insulated capacitive bushings are widely used in AC UHV transformers and high-voltage shunt reactors.The dielectric loss test before and after installation can effectively find the insulation defects of the bushing and whether it is damp.Therefore,it is of great significance to measure the main insulation capacitance C_(1) of the bushing and the end screen to the flange capacitance C_(2) and the dielectric loss.In this paper,the dielectric loss tester with shielding function is used to shield the capacitance of the main transformer winding to the ground,which can accurately measure the capacitance C_(2) and dielectric loss of the bushing before and after the bushing is installed.On-the-spot measurement found that the bushing capacitance C_(2) before and after installation was inconsistent with the factory data,which was caused by the influence of transformer winding on the ground capacitance after analysis.
