摘 要:变电站是泵站设施设备中用于为泵站生产运行提供电源保障的核心设施,设备好坏关乎泵站生产运行和城市排涝安全。文章以武汉市后湖排水站110kV变电站GIS室及变压器室轴流风机控制系统升级改造为例,指出了后湖排水站110kV变电站GIS室及变压器室轴流风机现存的手动及自动控制失效、风机不能根据室温自动运行、风机运行状态不便于观察监控等问题,从恢复轴流风机手动及根据室温自动运行、加装触摸屏人机交互界面实现多台风机集成控制、实现风机运行状态可视化监控等方面,对轴流风机控制系统升级改造内容及功能进行了具体分析,旨在为泵站类似电气设备运维及控制系统改造提供参考。Substationis the core facility of pumping station equipment,which is used for providing power supply guarantee for pumping station production operation.Its equipment is related to the safety of pumping station production operation and city drainage.The upgrading and reconstruction of the axial flow fan control system in the GIS room and the transformer room of the 110kV substation of Houhu Drainage Pumping Station in Wuhan is adopted as an example in the paper.The existing problems in axial flow of GIS room and transformer room of 110kV substation in Houhu drainage station,namely manual and automatic control failure,incapable automatic fan operation according to room temperature,inconvenient observation and monitoring of fan operation state.The upgrading reconstruction content and functions of axial fan control system are concretely analyzed from aspects of restoring manual operation of the axial fans and automatic operation according to room temperature,adding touch screen man-machine interaction interface,realizing the visual monitoring of fan operation status,etc.Thereby providing reference for reconstructing operation,maintenance and control system of similar electric equipment in the pumping station.
