摘  要:近年来,由于恶性肿瘤切除、外伤、牙齿创伤等原因而造成的骨缺损在临床上较为常见。此外,因为国民生活质量的改善,国民饮食结构转变成热量高、脂肪含量高及高嘌呤食物,导致糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、肥胖症、高脂血症等疾病患病率和发病率逐年增多,最终发生骨密度及骨代谢的改变,代谢性骨病也随之增多,因此骨修复及调节骨代谢成为当今很重要的研究方向,一些诱导骨形成的方法,如甲状旁腺激素疗法、双膦酸盐和Romosozumab也会产生不良反应,如肿瘤生长、高钙血症和颌骨骨坏死。随着人类对诱导骨形成研究的不断深入,骨形态蛋白(bone morphoprotein,BMPs)与骨再生的关系也受到越来越多研究者的关注。笔者将基于相关文献着重对部分骨形态蛋白临床应用的研究展开阐述,以期为骨缺损及代谢性骨病的治疗提供新思路、新方法。In recent years,bone defect due to malignant tumor resection,trauma,and teeth trauma is common in clinics.In addition,because of the improvement of the quality of life and diet structure change to high quantity of heat,high fat,and high purine food,the prevalence and incidence of diabetes,cerebrovascular disease,obesity,hyperlipidemia increased year by year.Eventually,changes in bone mineral density and bone metabolism occur and metabolic bone disease increases.Therefore,bone repair and regulating bone metabolism has become an important research direction.The method to induce bone formation,such as parathyroid hormone therapy,bisphosphonates,and romosozumab,also have side effects,such as tumor growth,hypercalcemia,and jaw bone osteonecrosis.With the deepening of studies on induced bone formation,more and more researchers are paying attention to the relationship between bone morphoproteins(BMPs)and bone regeneration.Based on relevant literature,this paper focuses on the clinical application of some bone morphoproteins,in order to provide new ideas and method for the treatment of bone defects and metabolic bone diseases.
